RETURN POLICY
Hydralift (Innovative RV Tech) wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Restocking fees apply to non-inventory or special order items.
- Credit, repair, or exchange will be issued upon Hydralift's inspection and approval.
How to Return an Item
1. Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number
- Email info@hydralift-usa.com include your order number and part number.
- This helps speed up processing.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Returns without an RGA number or sent "shipping collect" will not be accepted.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@hydralift-usa.com.
ORDER DISCREPANCY POLICY
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
✅ The item is defective
✅ The item is damaged
✅ You received the wrong item
- If there is an issue with your order, notify us within five (5) days of receipt.
- Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be emailed to info@hydralift-usa.com within 5 days, including:
- Order number
- Photos of the product & packaging
The Return Policy applies to all order discrepancies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be canceled without fees if the item has not yet shipped.
- If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Special order (non-stock) items may be subject to a restocking fee based on manufacturer policy.
No Credit Will Be Issued For:
- Returns out of warranty (expired or void)
- Returns without an RGA number
- Invalid or non-current part numbers
- Special order items
- Non-Hydralift products (items made by other manufacturers)
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
- Items must be unopened, in new, resalable condition, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
